You may elect to upload selected user profile information, including, but not limited to, your name, location, and any image content (provided your user profile permits it). Any user profile information uploaded to our website or App may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within our services. Your account privacy settings may allow you to limit the other users who can see the Personal Data in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible to others. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Data or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner that other users can view (on discussion boards, in chat tools, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your user name may also be displayed to other users if and when you post comments or upload images or videos through our website, App or services and other users can contact you through comments in your Posts. Protection of Personal Data
Your account is protected by email verification for your privacy and security. You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your email account as well as the security and confidentiality of the verification code sent to your email address whenever you sign in to your account with us. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account and Personal Data by not sharing your verification code or your email account to anyone and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. In respect of a corporate account, we recommend setting up a shared-access email account in your company domain linked to the corporate account.
We value your privacy and strive to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Data we retain in our records. We strive to continuously update and improve our confidentiality and security measures in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and reasonable standard of commercial practice. We shall however not be liable for any unauthorized or accidental entry or use of your account, failure of the Services, or any loss, theft, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of your Personal Data, to the extent that is not within our control.
Your Rights of Access and Correction
You may access, correct or delete the following information that you have given to us through your account settings:

We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. We may maintain a copy of your unrevised information in our records after you have updated any information. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us at email@example.com. Some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account.
